Nutrition Real food, simple label

The numbers behind the Buzz

Vero is built to sit between “snack” and “meal replacement” – enough protein, fiber and carbs to actually carry you, without heavy feeling or sugar crash.

Built around focus, not just calories

Traditional bars are either candy in disguise or ultra-dense meal bricks. Vero aims for a middle ground: enough to support brain and body, but light enough that you still feel sharp.

Protein

Feed your brain (and muscles)

Protein helps keep you satisfied and supports recovery.

  • Plant-based protein blend (exact sources TBD).
  • Portion sized for focus blocks, not bulking.
Fiber

Slow release, steady feeling

Fiber slows down absorption so energy lasts longer.

  • Helps avoid that “I need something else” crash.
  • Supports gut health over time.
Sugars

No fake sugar bomb

Vero aims for **no added sugar** – sweetness comes from the base and selected ingredients, not syrup dumps.

  • Designed to skip huge blood sugar swings.
  • No artificial sweeteners planned.

Label preview (pre-launch)

Final numbers will change as we iterate, but this gives you a sense of how the bar is constructed. Think of it as a “blueprint” for the nutrition panel.

Who Vero is (and isn’t) for

Vero contains caffeine and is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding people, or anyone sensitive to caffeine.

Caffeine note: don’t stack Vero on top of lots of other caffeine sources – especially late in the day – if you care about sleep.

Always check the final label for allergens and exact ingredient list before making Vero a daily habit.
