Green-tea caffeine
Natural caffeine from green tea for a cleaner, less edgy lift.
- Moderate dose around ~80 mg per bar.*
- Pairs with L-theanine for calmer alertness.
Vero is built around a simple idea: keep the good parts of caffeine (alertness, motivation) and smooth out the spike, jitters and crash – using green-tea caffeine, L-theanine, electrolytes and adaptogens.
Coffee and energy drinks hit hard, then dip. Vero uses a lower, smoother caffeine dose plus L-theanine to stretch the focus window and make the experience feel more controlled.
Illustrative only – curves show the idea, not lab data.
We didn’t invent new molecules. We combined ingredients with decades of research behind focus, mood and performance – in a format you can throw in a bag and eat anywhere.

Tea-derived amino acid that helps blunt jitters and supports clear, steady focus.
Mild dehydration wrecks concentration. A small electrolyte blend helps you keep up.
Carefully selected adaptogens (e.g. rhodiola / ashwagandha – exact stack depends on testing) to help you handle stressy days.

Science is cool, but Vero has one job: help you stay dialled in on the stuff that matters, without feeling cracked out or destroyed afterwards.
Smooth lift; you notice you’re more “on”, not suddenly buzzing.
Energy stays steady; pairing caffeine with real nutrition means your brain has something to run on.
The goal is to close your laptop and still feel like a human, not a zombie with a sugar crash.
Vero isn’t a lab experiment. It’s meant for actual messy days – libraries, gyms, late trains and group projects that go on way too long.

If we were sitting with you in the kitchen, this is what we’d expect you to ask.
Not necessarily. For some people Vero is the main caffeine source; others use it to avoid an extra coffee or a sugary drink.
As we finalise the recipe, we’ll share more about exact doses and internal testing so you can see how we made those decisions.
If you’re very caffeine-sensitive, start with half a bar. If you drink a lot of coffee, you’ll still feel it – but in a calmer way.
